Derek Fisher Charged With DUI

Derek Fisher has reportedly been charged with two counts of DUI, stemming from an accident in June. As previously reported, the former NBA baller and coach was involved in a one-car accident, with girlfriend reality star, Gloria Govan, who was a passenger. The vehicle that he was driving, which is rumored to be registered to Gloria’s ex husband Matt Barnes’, went into a guardrail and flipped upside down, landing on the hood. Both Fisher and Gloria were uninjured, but Fisher was arrested on suspicion that he was driving under the influence.

According to a report, he has now formally been charged with two counts of driving under the influence. He was arraigned on the charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher.
