Tiny Apologizes To Xscape Fans Over Essence Festival

Xscape is apologizing to fans that were unable to see their recent show at Essence Festival. On Sunday (July 2nd), the group, who reunited earlier this year, were set to perform but chaos surrounded some of the logistics regarding their set. The group performed in one of the smaller lounges, as opposed to the main state. However, the number of people that wanted to enter the room for the performance, exceeded the room’s capacity. Chaos broke out with people being stuck outside of the lounge. At one point, the Fire Marshall shut the lounge completely down. Attendees also began complaining on social media about not being able to attend their performance.

Man [it] is was pandemonium outside our lounge, fights broke out because it was too many ppl that paid to get in but the fire marshal shut our lounge down. Sorry to everyone that didn’t get in. It’s a Blessings that u guys all came out to see us & we thank u for your love & support. I hear we got played on the main stage screen cause of all the complaints! Sorry again! We love yall. God is Good!!

Kandi also posted a video of the group apologizing for the situation.
