Lisa Bloom Representing Woman In Kevin Hart Scandal
Attorney Lisa Bloom is representing the woman at the center of the Kevin Hart scandal. On Tuesday (September 19th), she announced that she was representing Montia Sabbag, the woman who is in the controversial video with the comedian.
As previously reported, Montia is said to be a 27-year-old traveling stripper who lives in Long Beach, CA. We hear that she and Kevin met while in Las Vegas in August.
To date, Montiah says that she is not the one who leaked the video, nor is she the person who is trying to extort him for millions.
This week, the video went viral on social media. The clip, which has since been removed online, showed what appeared to be Kevin and Montiah in the bed. It then cut to a view of the end of the bed, where it sounds like two people are having sex. It’s important to note that the people in bed could not be viewed in the shot. The video then cut to what appears to be Kevin putting his clothes on, walking around. The video then cuts to Montiah putting her clothes on and making the bed.
Authorities still are not sure who shot the video and investigators are attempting to track down everyone that was around the pair during that particular weekend. Montia’s lawyer says Montiah will take a lie detector test if Kevin pays her $420,000. Kevin and his team are meeting with investigators to help law enforcement identify and catch whomever is trying to extort him.
Bloom is a celebrity attorney, most recently known for representing Quantasia Sharpton, the woman who accused Usher Raymond of exposing her to herpes. Bloom was also hired by Blac Chyna to obtain a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian, with whom Chyna shares a daughter, Dream.
