Marlon Wayans Snags Netflix Comedy Special

Business is booming for Marlon Wayans! The 45-year-old comedian has snagged a Netflix stand-up special.

Wayans, who stars in his own NBC comedy Marlon, will film the special this fall in Washington, D.C. It will be produced by Wayans, Rick Alvarez, Steve Harris and 3 Arts’ Michael Rotenberg. He is currently touring nationwide on his The Reintroduction tour.

Wayans is the latest comedian to have a stand-up special on Netflix. To date, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, Dave Chappelle, Amy Schumer Tracy Morgan, Ellen DeGeneres and others have had specials.
