Teyana Taylor Snags Reality Show

Months ago, we told you that Teyana Taylor was secretly filming a reality show with her husband Iman Shumpert.

Fast forward to the present day and we were correct.

The singer/dancer and Cleveland Cavaliers guard have snagged a reality series on VH1 called, Teyana & Iman. It’s set to premiere on February 19.

Teyana & Iman follows newlyweds Taylor and Shumpert at New York Fashion Week, where Taylor was a fixture on the runway, walking the 2017 MTV VMAs red carpet, raising their baby daughter Junie and spending time as a family.

Teyana & Iman is executive produced by Iman Shumpert and Teyana Taylor. David Goldberg, Caroline Baumgard, Ted Iredell, Perry Dance and Billy Kemp are executive producing for Banijay Studios.

Teyana signed a record deal with Pharrell Williams’ Star Trak Entertainment imprint, before making her first national appearance on MTV’s My Super Sweet 16. In 2012, she signed to Kanye West’s GOOD Music label through Def Jam, after asking for her release from Star Trak. As an aspiring songwriter, she has worked with and written records for major artists such as Usher, Chris Brown, and Omarion. Taylor has appeared on runways during Fashion Week and has also landed high-profile features, such as on Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
