Chinx – 2 Arrested In Connection To Shooting Rapper
Reportedly, two inmates were arrested in the drive-by slaying rapper Chinx (real name Lionel Pickens). 32-year-old Quincy Homere and 26-year-old Jamar Hill were said to have already been behind bars on unrelated charges when they were busted in the murder of the Queens rapper. Here’s footage of both men.
As previously reported, Pickens was murdered May 17, 2015, as he was sitting inside his silver Porsche at a red light on Queens Blvd. A car pulled up and the occupants opened fire.
Pickens was reportedly riddled with 15 bullets and his passenger was wounded in the shooting.
The shooters sped off after the attack. Homere was locked up on federal charges while Hill was serving time for a state case.
The details were not immediately available.
The pair were expected to be arraigned on murder charges later Thursday.
