Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s son Saint West, spent a few days in the hospital. According to reports, the famous 2-year-old was admitted to a Los Angeles last Thursday after battling a bad case of pneumonia.

Saint stayed in the hospital until Saturday, when he was released. Reportedly, he’s now doing well. Meanwhile, Kim and Kanye’s latest addition, a third child, is rumored to be delivered today via surrogate.
