Omar Epps Accused of Breaking Actress Arm, Sued For Assault & Battery
Omar Epps has been hit with a lawsuit. An actress named Donzaleigh Abernathy claims she was injured, while filming with Epps.

She says that in 2016, the pair filmed a scene for USA’s “Shooter”. During the scene, she claims that while doing a physical part of the scene, he was reckless and deviated from the script.
In the scene, he was supposed to murder her character. During the scene, she says he was too forceful and broke her right arm and dropped her to the floor, injuring her back. She says they stopped production and she was rushed to the hospital. At the time, she says she was 59. She is suing Epps and Paramount for negligence and assault and battery.
