Dwyane Wade Makes Surprise Visit To School Shooting Victims
Today, Dwyane Wade made a surprise visit to the students of Marjory Stoneman Douglass High School, the school that was recently involved in a mass shooting which claimed the lives of seventeen people. The NBA star told students,
I just want to come here today . . . I just wanted to come and say I’m inspired by all of you.
As someone out here in the public eye I’m proud to say I’m from this state because of you guys and because of the future of this world.
After visiting the school he tweeted,
I just had a great conversation with some of the students at Stoneman Douglas High School about some important/impactful things that they have planned. I’m looking forward to being more involved in the change that they WILL create. #MSDStrong ??????
