The Weeknd Almost Cries Singing Selena Gomez Inspired Song

The Weeknd got a tad bit emotional Friday night, during his Coachella set. While performing his hit song “Call Out My Name”, a song that is rumored to be about ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, he nearly broke down.

Fans posted footage of him near tears on stage and choking up while singing the song’s lyrics. Here’s a clip of his performance.

This was The Weeknd’s first time performing any track from his newest EP “My Dear Melancholy.”

The Weeknd and Selena broke up in October, after a 10 month relationship. After their split, she reconciled with ex Justin Bieber. Selena and Justin have since broken up as well, according to reports.
