Apollo Nida Shows Off His Bangin Prison Body

Apollo Nida definitely seems to be in high spirits. As you know, Apollo shares two children ages 5 and 8 with ex-wife Phaedra Parks, a former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member. He is currently serving an eight year sentence after he was charged with fraud that involved bank, mail and wire fraud and ID theft of more than 50 individuals to the tune of an estimated $2 million. This week, he took to social sharing a photo of him showing off his fit body. He captioned the photo:

RAISE YOUR STANDARDS AND SCULPT YOUR MIND.

Apollo wanted to leave words of encouragement and inspiration to his many fans and followers. Looks like he is focused on staying physically and mentally healthy for sure. Friend Peter Thomas who is ex-husband to former model/RHOA star Cynthia Bailey also shared the photo of Apollo on his Instagram page with the caption,

My dude is getting ready to come HOME @apollonida03.

Looks like these two are friends again and are on good terms. After being charged with fraud in 2014, Apollo blasted Peter in 2015 for not showing him love and support. He had served a year prison at that time. He took to social media to express his feelings on the issue. He posted a photo on his Instagram page with the caption .

CRAZY WORLD RIGHT!! I GUESS IT’s TRUE THAT IN TIME ONE WILL SEE WHOM THEIR FAKE FRIENDS REALLY ARE!!

Peter got wind of Apollo’s statements and shortly after responded.

Wow!! Fake friend, never that, my number hasn’t change. Still holding it down for everyone I love, including you my brother @apollonida03

Looks like these two have ironed out their differences.
