Desus & Mero Leaving Vicelance For New Talk Show On Showtime
Desus & Mero may be throwing up the deuces to Viceland! The late-night talk show series is hosted by Desus Nice (real name Daniel Baker) and The Kid Mero (real name Joel Martinez) and premiered in 2016. They’ve been on Viceland for two seasons.
According to reports, they’re leaving Viceland and are in talks to have a show on Showtime. Reportedly, the show would be weekly. There has been no official confirmation from the pair’s rep or Viceland.
The show’s final episode is expected to air June 28.
Earlier this year, the pair made headlines when they appeared on The Breakfast Club. Desus and DJ Envy had an awkward exchange when the popular DJ confronted Desus over comments made about Envy’s wife, Gia Casey.
