LeSean McCoy Denies Domestic Violence Against Delicia Cordon, Home Invasion Blamed
LeSean McCoy is addressing accusations that he is abusive towards animals, children and most recently, his girlfriend Delicia Cordon.
The Buffalo Bills running back posted a brief message on Instagram maintaining his innocence.
For the record, the totally baseless and offensive claims made against me today on social media are completely false. Further more, I have not had any direct contact with any of the people involved in months.
Since initial reports, other alleged details have surfaced about the situation. The alleged incident reportedly occurred on Monday at McCoy’s Georgia home. Police were dispatched to the home around 3:23 AM in regard to a female who was assaulted, hit in the head and locked in a bathroom. The call came in as a “home invasion.”
Friends and family of Cordon do not believe the “invasion” story and suggest that LeSean McCoy was the assailant in the attack against his girlfriend.
Authorities do not believe the suspected “invasion” was random. Milton Police Department says:
The preliminary investigation indicates that this residence was specifically targeted by the suspect or suspects, and not a random incident. When officers arrived they found one victim who had been physically assaulted by a lone intruder. During the altercation, the suspect demanded specific items from the victim. An adult female victim was treated and released at North Fulton Regional Hospital. A second adult female victim also sustained a minor injury during the incident. Milton detectives are continuing their investigation.
A suspect has not been identified in the alleged home invasion. Delicia’s friend has released another statement.
