IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
(1) The Complaint is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice as against all the Defendants, with each party to bear its own costs and fees.
As previously reported, Adventure Enterprises Inc. sued the NBA star, his business partner Maverick Carter, Cree Nix, Uninterrupted Digital, Ventures LLC and Uninterrupted ID, LLC.
They claimed that LeBron and his media platform UNINTERRUPTED stole its idea for a barbershop-themed roundtable show. Adventure Enterprises claimed that they pitched the NBA star on the idea and had several discussions with UNINTERRUPTED. They stated that LeBron and UNINTERRUPTED created their own show based on a similar idea called The Shop.
