Floyd Mayweather’s daughter, Iyanna Mayweather, recently walked across the stage and accepted her high school diploma. According to the graduate, this achievement comes after finishing high school at the age of 15. Iyanna, now 18, shared the news via an Instagram post over the weekend, as she posed for a picture with her mother, Melissia Brim, and father, Floyd Mayweather. Iyanna attached a series three photos accompanied with a celebratory caption,

I excelled and finished high school when I was just 15yrs old, I’m 18 now and yesterday I finally decided to walk the stage and have the honor of receiving my diploma in my hand amongst my peers and family.

She continued by giving thanks to her parents and family who traveled to see this exemplary moment,

I want to thank everyone that came all the way out to Atlanta to celebrate my Graduation! I want to thank my parents for supporting me and motivating me throughout this journey because without them I probably wouldn’t have been able to do it. I’m so proud of myself! I did it!

Floyd shared a lengthy message to his daughter via Instagram, as well. In his attached caption, the champion boxer highlighted the losses he took in order for his daughter to excel successfully. He affirmed,

The sacrifices we make for our loved ones are always blessings later on down the line. I dropped out in the 12th grade, with just a couple of credits left to go just to give my parents and siblings a better life. I encourage and preach to my children every day that education is extremely important because I want them to be better than me.

He continued,

This is yet another family goal and a notch under our belts that makes me proud to be a Father. I love you @moneyyaya ya! Keep up the good work…we are just getting started!
