Dascha Polanco Flaunts Her Curvy Figure For New Magazine Cover

Dascha Polanco has never been shy when it comes to flaunting her curves and showing off her awesome figure. The 35-year-old actress is very confident about her body and loves the skin she is in. She took to social media to show off a photo from her most recent photo shoot which will be featured in  Women’s Health Magazine’s upcoming issue. Dascha posted a photo on her Instagram page
with the caption:

The flawless photo received many praises from followers and fans. Singer/actress Christina Milian loved the photo of the star and left a comment under the post saying,

Beauty Queen! Beautiful in
your skin!”.

Dascha replied to the sweet comment,

“@christinamilan sweetie pie xox”.

Television host Nina Parker also left a comment under the post,

“YES MAMI!!!!”.

The Dominican born actress truly appreciates the love and replied to her comment with,

@mzgossipgirl adore u!! Ty!!”.

Dascha’s photo left her followers feeling very inspired. Seeing the pic helped them to see and realize that they can be more confident in loving their bodies too!

Back in 2016, Dascha opened up to Vanity Fair about appreciating her thighs and body confidence. In September of that year, the star turned a lot of heads when she attended Blonds’ New York Fashion Week show wearing a thigh-baring, skin-tight bodysuit with an embellished duster jacket. She also explained she was working on loving her shape.

“Stylist Darius Baptist thought that I should wear a bodysuit and just show my thighs since I’m so self-conscious about them”.

She continued by saying,

“But f*** it, this is me, this is who I am, this is real. I was made this way. There are people that are paying for this.”

During an interview with Vogue, she spoke about the difficulty of finding designers who are willing to work with actresses who don’t fit into sample sizes.

My industry friends, who are clear and honest with me say, ‘Girl, they don’t have your size, and you’re not at that level yet, so you have to either move that way or just build those relationships so that later in the future maybe it happens.

Finally, she stated that she is hopeful that the fashion industry will start to shift.

“I want to break that barrier. Even though I’m a size 8 or 10, I still can look as great as someone who’s a size 0 This is why I work out; I’m making sure my body looks how I want it to look, so that I’m confident enough to wear a transparent catsuit or show skin.”
