Kevin Hart does not want to be known as a cheating husband so he is doing his best to shake any rumors that could tarnish his name. Back in December, shortly after Kevin Hart was spotted getting real snuggly with an alleged groupie, Hart released an Instagram video admitting that he had stepped out on his wife. He apologized to his wife and family and has since attempted to live life on the straight and narrow.

Last week, Kevin took what he thought was an innocent photo with a fan. However, when the fan kissed him on the cheek and the photo went viral, the comedian took to Instagram to clear his name.

The photo in question was posted on Hollywood Unlocked. Kevin commented under the photo:

This is honestly sad….This was a innocent moment where I took a picture with a fan and she bent down and kissed my cheek when the picture was taken. I walked away after. In the future please don’t ask me why I no longer take pictures.

He continued.

Look at my face and how my hand is blurred. You can clearly see that I didn’t expect it. Stop reaching….shit is just sad.
