11-Year-Old Fan That Drake Visited In The Hospital Will Receive Heart Transplant

Is it the power of Drake or God’s plan? The 6 God visited an adorable young fan, Sofia Sanchez, at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago recently. Her “KiKi Challenge” video set to Drake’s “In My Feelings” song went viral, so for her 11th birthday, he fulfilled Sofia’s wish to meet him.

We are proud to announce that Sofia’s second wish will also be fulfilled. She will be receiving her heart transplant! Sofia posted her reaction to the news in an Instagram video:
