“Power” Creator Courtney Kemp Reveals ‘Angela Valdez’ Did Not Die
“Power” fans can scratch any theories they had about the death of Angela Valdez played by Lela Loren.
Courtney A. Kemp, the show’s creator and executive producer, has revealed that Lela Loren’s character will be returning in season six. She posted the spoiler on Instagram, just 24 hours after the seasonĀ 5 finale aired on Starz. The photo read:
Angela is not dead. #PowerTV #Season6
She captioned the photo:
Stop the debates. #tunein #season6 #powertv
It’s unclear why Kemp would spoil the season on social media, however, it wouldn’t be the first time she’s shut down fan theories. Just weeks ago, she took to social media to shut down speculation that Tariq was fathered by Kanan, sparking the feud between Kanan and Tasha.
Fans have mixed feelings about Kemp spilling the beans. What do you think?
