Real Housewives Of Potomac’s Ashely Darby’s Husband Charged w/ Sexual Assault, Accused of Groping Cameraman’s Butt

“Real Housewives of Potomac” cast member Michael Darby is being accused of sexual misconduct while on set. The real estate developer and restaurateur has been charged with second-degree assault and improper sexual contact, from an incident which took place September 1st. Orville Palmer is the cameraman who has filed the charges against Darby; accusing him of groping his butt during filming.

Palmer is also claiming after the grope, when turned around to inform Darby to stop, the 59-year-old was giving him “a flirtatious look.” Palmer reportedly relayed the incident to his supervisor, as well.

Darby has a trial set for October 16th and could face up to 11 years in prison. Michael is married to Potomac star, Ashley Darby. Neither have commented on social media.
