Lauryn Hill’s Cousin Found Guilty Of Swindling $65,000 From Her
Over the summer, Lauryn Hill loaned her cousin Gerald Hill $65,000 under the condition that he would pay her back with 10% interest if he did not return the money within three months. However, he never repaid his debt, so she took him to court. Now, according to Bossip, a judge has found him guilty and he must officially pay up!
Lauryn took Gerald to court back in June after realizing that her cousin had no intention to pay her back the $65,000 he finessed out of her. Despite signing a contract to pay her in full within three months, he never did so. The judge is now holding him responsible for his debt and has ruled in Lauryn’s favor.
Holidays are going to be very awkward at the Hill house.
