Monica And Shannon Brown Double Date With Kobe And Vanessa Bryant

Monica and her former NBA hubby Shannon Brown dined with Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa Bryant Thursday night in celebration of Monica’s 38th birthday.

The couple dined at Javier’s in Century City and enjoyed elevated Mexican cuisine and cocktails, including a signature drink named after Kobe called the “Black Mamba”.

The restaurant stayed open late for the superstar birthday dinner. Vanessa Bryant shared a number of videos and photos on her page from that night. Monica thanked Vanessa for her surprise dinner on Instagram.

There’s something irreplaceable about someone who is able to celebrate others !! @vanessabryant you always make a way to be there for me!
