Lil Kim, Joe Budden, Fat Joe And More Attend Remy Ma & Papoose’s Grease Themed Baby Shower

Ahead of Remy Ma and Papoose welcoming their new bundle of joy in December, the two hosted a baby shower in New York attended by tons of their closest friends. The shower was 1950’s Grease theme. The venue was transformed into Remy & Pap’s Soda Shoppe Sock Hop complete with a jukebox.

 

All of the guys wore leather jackets a la John Travolta and Remy Ma’s pink and blue dress and petticoat gave Olivia Newton-John a run for her money.

Remy’s custom dress was made by Karen Sabag and incorporated both pink and blue since the couple does not know the sex of their baby yet.

 

Sabag shared,

@remyma this is how we start!!! From red carpets to wedding… from wedding to baby shower… I couldn’t be more happy for you mama!!! You give an inspiration of a look you want… I draw it into paper… the inspiration was 1950 … we don’t know if your having a boy or girl??? So we decided to do both colors!!! But I believe it’s a girl because I need to design some mommy and me for you!!! Therefor I added more pink to our dress… the fabrication I used was metalic pleated Lamé fabric from Italy that happened that I loved the 2 colors together … then we finished it with a bow and a pink glass buckle … you finished it off with the perfect hair … and the sparkly silver shoes!!! Remy’s closest friends and co-workers attended the shower, including Lil Kim, Fat Joe and Love & Hip Hop stars Juju, Erica Mena, Joe Budden, Safaree and more.

Following the shower, Remy shared joyful words to Papoose on Instagram.

The Proud Parents???? @papoosepapoose I love you more than words can express or explain . We’ve been through so much and we always make it out…TOGETHER. I’m so excited. I’m so in love. I’m so happy. Thank you for always believing in me, for always putting me first, and for being the best husband EVER? 35 weeks! Just 5 more to go
