Shaunie O’Neal Gets Into The Real Estate Business
Shaunie O’Neal is spreading her wings and branching out into a new line of work. Shaunie has teamed up with her friend, realtor Kimberli Peters-Russell, as well as Richmond Kodua and Joshua Willis to learn more about the real estate business. She’s even closed some deals. Shaunie broke the news on Instagram:
A big thank you to my show stopping #Real Estate and #Mortgage Team. I teamed up with one of best friends @kimberlirussell, Richmond Kodua and Joshua Willis for my first win. This is just another step to me creating a generational empire for my family. #onealknowsrealestate I’ve set a goal for how many income properties I want to own in the next 5yrs. This team is going to continue to help me make it happen. I do it all for my 5 heartbeats ? #mykidsmotivateme #thankful #grateful#improudofUS
We can make more money together than separate people! ?

From the looks of it, it appears Shaunie has closed on an income property and she’s set a goal for how many she’d like to own in the next few years. This is just one of the many ways Shaunie is getting cash these days. Congrats to her!
