Kim Porter was laid to rest Saturday at Cascade Hills Church in Columbus, GA.

As expected, a number of celebrities were in attendance including the father of Kim’s children Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Al B. Sure, Faith Evans, Yolanda Adamds, Mary J. Blige, Lil Kim, Mase, Misa Hylton, Usher, DJ Khaled, Carl Thomas, Tichina Arnold, Kandi Burruss, Rasheeda Frost, Toya Wright and her daughter Reginae Carter, Dallas Austin, Mona Scott Young, Tyrese, Dwight Eubanks, Fat Joe, NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Bailey and more.
Diddy gave remarks, remembering how he met Kim and fell in love with her. Kim’s oldest son, Quincy, gave remarks and was overcome with emotions as he spoke about his mother. Diddy and Quincy’s biological father, Al B. Sure, came up to the podium with him to help him get through his speech. Mary J Blige also gave remarks.

Gospel singers Yolanda Adams and Marvin Winans Jr performed. Atlanta Mayor Keisha Bottoms proclaimed December 15 as “Kim Porter Day” in Atlanta. Congressional, State, and local officials also made presentations.
Afterward at the burial site, Diddy and Kim’s family released doves.
A beautiful color filled fireworks display was also done in Kim’s honor. See a clip of the footage, along with a sweet message from Missy Elliott.
