Michelle Williams Announces Separation From Fiance Chad Johnson
Grammy winning artist Michelle Williams and pastor/fiance Chad Johnson have separated. Williams shared the news via an Instagram Story Friday (Dec. 7), writing
I still remain fearless. I guess i still remain single! Things didn’t work out. The healing that needs to take place is a must! I don’t wanna destroy another relationship. Blessings to him, his family, and ministry. #Fearless
Johnson quietly dated Williams for a year before asking her to be his wife in April 2018. Following their engagement, the couple announcement they would be documenting their journey through engagement to the point of marriage through their OWN series reality show “Chad Loves Michelle.”
Since the premiere of the show in November, uproar about the aspects of the relationship between Williams and Johnson have been brought into question. The couple was forced to defend their relationship and decision to do reality television, while viewers watched the couple jump through some challenging hoops.
Their breakup leads to no details about the life of their eight episode ordered series which reportedly, still has three episodes to air.
