Jemele Hill Announces She’s Engaged

Jemele Hill announced she got engaged to her boyfriend Ian on Thursday (Dec. 27). The sports journalist shared the news on Instagram with a thread of photos captured from the proposal. Hill captioned the post,

I’ve called this my year of transition. I left a job, started a new job, moved to a new city and now … I’m engaged to the love of my life. I’m overjoyed and immensely blessed.

Hill’s now fiancée took his wife-to-be on a helicopter ride through Los Angeles and popped the question on top of a roof, overlooking the city.
