EXCLUSIVE: Rihanna No Longer Living In U.S.
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Rihanna no longer resides in U.S., according to her legal team. The information about where she resides was revealed in court documents. The 30-year-old singer, her Fenty corporation and Puma were hit with a lawsuit by Freedom United. In the suit, Freedom accuses Rihanna of using their FU logo.
The company claims to have used the phrase ‘FU’ on their clothing brand since 2006. They later realized that Rihanna released a line with Puma, which allegedly featuredthe FU logo. The company says that Rihanna was a fan of their work prior to her Puma collaboration and was even spotted wearing their brand in public.
Last month, Fenty Corporation’s lawyer responded to the lawsuit, explaining that they represent Rihanna periodically. In their response, they explain that they weren’t hired for this particular case, but noted that it may be challenging to locate the singer as
“Rihanna does not reside in the United States.”
Previously, Rihanna resided in Los Angeles, but put her home for sale. She’s also been photographed in New York and frequently in London.
