Cardi B Reacts To People Saying She’s Dumb & Shouldn’t Talk About Politics

Rapper Cardi B wants us to stay informed. She’s continuing to teach her Instagram followers the importance of knowing what’s going on during the current government shutdown, and how it affects our country’s households. She recently posted her style of a P.S.A., hilariously informing fans of the negative effects of Donald Trump’s government order:

“Hey y’all, I just wanna remind y’all ‘cause its been over a little three weeks, Trump is now ordering – as in summoning – Federal Government workers to go back to work, without getting paid. Now, I don’t want to hear y’all talk about, ‘Obama shutdown the Government for 17 days.’ YEAH, B*TCH! FOR HEALTHCARE! So ya grandma can check her blood pressure and you b*tches can go check ya pu**y at the Gynecologist with no motherfu*kin’ problem. Now, I know a lot of y’all don’t care cause y’all don’t work for the Government, y’all probably don’t even have a job, but this is sh*t is really fu*kin’ serious, bro. This sh*t is crazy. Our country, is in a hell hole right now. All for a fu*kin’ wall. And we really need to take this serious, I feel like we need to take some action, I don’t know what type of action, b*tch, because this not what I do, but b*tch I’m scared. This is crazy. And I really feel bad for these people who got to go motherfu*kin’ work and not get paid.”

The “I Like It” rapper is back with another video, debunking the naysayers who don’t believe she’s intelligent enough to understand politics. She posted a video of an MSNBC news segment with the following caption:

“@iamcardib Soo many people under my comments talking about I shouldn’t talk politics ,I don’t know what I’m talking about , I’m dumb ! Well I know alittle something something..I know 800,000 federal government workers won’t be getting paid till the shutdown is over and government assistants program are shutdown as well as in NO WELFARE , NO WIC,SECTION 8 .I know it’s a little boring to watch the news but it won’t kill ya to visit some IG pages of people that talk about what’s going on in our community like @shaunking @tamikadmallory and shiiieeett sometimes uncle snoop and Charlamgne be saying some shit that goes over ya heads .PAY ATTENTION !!! This can go on for months and it will affect our homes and Country .”

And Cardi B isn’t new to this, she’s true to this! During last year’s Coachella Music Festival, she was interviewed by the infamous Nardwaur the Human Serviette. She rattled off history facts about past presidents, adding that history was her favorite subject growing up in school. Watch it below.
