Drake, Odell Beckham Jr & Younes Bendjima Hit W/ Lawsuit Over Club Brawl

Drake, Odell Beckham Jr., & Younes Bendjima Slammed W/ Lawsuit After March 2018 Club Brawl
Drake, Odell Beckham Jr., and Kourtney Kardashian’s ex boxing boyfriend Younes Bendjima have been hit with a lawsuit after a man named Bennett Sipes says he received a beat down at the hands of Bendjima along with Drake and Beckham’s entourage.
Sipes claims in his lawsuit, when he saw his girlfriend within the VIP section talking with Beckham and Drake at the West Hollywood club called Delilah, an argument broke shortly after as he was leaving the section. When he was headed towards the restroom, Sipes claims he witnessed Drake give his security a “throat slash” hand signal, which in turn, was to inform his entourage to attack him along with Bendjima, who
push, shove, kick and repeatedly punch [him] in the face and body.
Sipes is reportedly,
seeking repayment of damages endured, including past and future wage loss, hospital and medical expenses, as well as attorneys’ fees.
Since the March 2018 incident, Sipes says he has
suffered from extreme mental anguish and physical pain.
Colin Jones, Sipes attorney says,
We gave the defendants’ months to settle this claim without litigation, but when they failed to be accountable for their actions, we were left with no choice but to file suit to seek justice for our client.
