Tekashi69 Has Plead Guilty to 9 Counts of Drug, Gun, and Racketeering Charges

Rapper Tekashi69 has made a deal with the feds as he will plead guilty to multiple counts of federal charges that may land the Brooklyn-born rapper in prison for life. According to reports, Tekashi, Daniel Hernandez, 22, is pleading guilty to multiple counts of racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses and narcotics trafficking charges.

The rapper has been in jail since November 18th for allegedly being apart of a crew who was involved in dealing heroin, fentanyl, ecstasy, amphetamines and marijuana. The feds say the conspiracy consisted of multiple acts of murder, robbery and extortion. As previously reportedTekashi’s former manager “Shotti” reportedly told the court in November:

We don’t fold, we don’t bend, we don’t break. It’s Tr3yway.

The new indictment are allegations that Tekashi’s former manager, Shotti and Kintea (Kooda B) McKenzie opened fire at rival rapper Chief Keef in front of the W Hotel in Times Square. According to reports, 6ix9ine’s sentencing is scheduled for January 24, 2020.
