Tiffany Haddish Says Drake’s Dad Slid In Her DMs – I Turned Him Down, I Don’t Wanna Be Drake’s Stepmom!

Comedian Tiffany Haddish has always been an open book when it comes to her love life. In a recent interview, she revealed that she received a few DMs from Grammy award winning rapper Drake and his Dad. Haddish, 39, revealed that the Young Money rapper slide in her DMs prior to filming the ‘Nice For What’ video, which she had a cameo in.

The ‘Night School’ star says,

You know what, Drake slid into my DMs. I saw him a few days later and he was like, ‘yo! You didn’t respond to my DMs!’ I was like, ‘well I don’t even know that you follow me!’ He just wanted to know if I wanted to be in his music video. So, I did his music video and I thought, ‘oh maybe something might happen, you know!’ I was like, ‘are you gonna take me to dinner?’ He said, ‘yeah we could eat dinner,’ and then I never heard from him again.

In Tiffany Haddish style, she laughed off the snub from Drake,

“That’s because I was being thirsty – that’s my fault. I should have said, ‘I’ll see if I can be in your music video.”

This isn’t the first time that Tiffany recounted this story. Back in June, Haddish appeared on Jada Pinkett Smith’s ‘Red Table Talk’, discussing her run in with Drake. The comedian jokingly says she blocked off time for him, but only wanted the D.

“I could have made $100,000 today but I was trying to see what that D do. But alright.”

Although, Drake might not have expressed much interest in the comedian, someone very close to his her did. Tiffany says the rapper’s dad, Dennis Graham, actually tried to shoot his shot.

“His dad hit me up though and I turned his dad down. I’m not being Drake’s step momma”
