Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next” Biggest Streaming Week Ever For Pop Album
Ariana Grande has earned yet another Billboard Hot 200 No. 1 album. “thank u, next” would be considered her fourth, according to Nielsen Music, which reports she sold 360,000 equivalent album units within the U.S. in the week ending of Feb. 14.
According to reports, the singer also had the largest streaming week for a pop album, setting a new record. The success of “thank u, next” is followed behind the singer earning another No. 1 less than six months of Grande’s 2018 album “sweetener.”

Singles off of “thank u, next” include the self-titled track, “7 rings,” and “break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored.” When originally released in 2018, “thank u, next” maintained a #1 position for seven weeks, while “7 rings” holds the #1 spot for the past three weeks its been on the Hot 100 chart.
