70-Year-Old Grace Jones Shuts Down Runway At Zendaya/Tommy Hilfiger Show [VIDEO]

The legendary Grace Jones recently shut down Paris Fashion Week as only she can, courtesy of Zendaya and Tommy Hilfiger, as the singer/model/actress closed Zendaya’s fashion collaboration with designer Tommy Hilfiger.

There is never enough #BlackGirlMagic to go around, but the Tommy x Zendaya collaboration certainly tried to put as much of it on the runway at Paris Fashion Week as possible. The fashion show took place at the Comédie & Studio des Champs-Elysées, the landmark theater, where Zendaya unveiled her collection to fashion fans around the world. The collection is full of chic, glamorous ‘70s-inspired looks, featuring models that filled out the spectrum of all shades of blackness, with varying shapes and sizes.

However, as stunning as the fashions were, further signaling that Zendaya is just beginning her reign as one of the most important black women in the fashion world, the show-stopping moment of the show featured a literal icon—none other than Grace Jones.

At 70-years-old, Jones strutted down the runway effortlessly in a metallic blazer, gold bodysuit and knee-high burgundy boots, as her hit song “Pull Up To The Bumper” blasted in the background. With her closing appearance, Jones easily proved that she has never lost even an ounce of what made her a legend decades ago.
