Nicki Minaj Cancels Another Show On Her World Tour
Nicki Minaj continues to have a pretty rough time while embarking on her world tour. The rapper has cancelled another show a few weeks after her last cancellation at the end of February, due to reported technical difficulties.
Nicki Minaj’s NickiWRLD world tour continues to leave thousands of fans disappointed, as another show was cancelled by Minaj, this time in Bordeaux, France, citing technical issues. This cancellation comes on the heels of her previously cancelled show in Slovakia on February 23rd.
Minaj posted an official message from the venue regarding the cancellation that read:
“Announcement/concert of Nicki Minaj and juice wrld in Bordeaux. The Arkea Arena of Bordeaux refuses that the show will take place tonight for technical reasons. Despite all the efforts we have provided, we are in regret to cancel’s tonight’s show.
Nicki Minaj & juice wrld were at the room waiting to be able to give the concert. Gerard Drouot Productions and Nicki Minaj regret the decision of the room not to present this show, which was presented to the identical in Paris Bercy on Thursday. Ticket will be redeemable in purchase points.”

Minaj also tweeted about the cancellation, specifically targeting those who questioned the validity of what happened:
“Why would an artist cancel a show & lose money? What for? When they’re already in the building, dressed, etc. The artist is just as mad as the fans when a show can’t go on. I love seeing my fans. Nothing can stop me. B4 the show, juice WRLD & I are just as excited as u guys are.”

She followed that up with an Instagram video further explaining why her show was cancelled at the last minute, stating:
“You guys, it’s not in my best interest not to perform and lose money and aggravate my fans. I love performing for my fans. I’m more excited than you are before the show. Um, these two cities that had technical issues were cities that I had never been to before and we tried to add them, but they just didn’t have the power in the building to facilitate my show. And they didn’t tell us that until three hours before the show, as opposed to once we did soundcheck. Every artist, every artist, has technical difficulties and have to cancel shows. I wanna tell you guys that I love you dearly and I really hope to make it up very soon.”
