TLC Is Headed To Broadway & Prepping For Tour
TLC is coming back like they never left!
The “C” of the group, Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas , announced that she and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins are working on quite a few things together, including a Broadway debut.
“I’m personally working on some TV stuff. And us, TLC collectively we are. And we’re also working on the TLC musical and TLC on Broadway. So we’re gonna create new music for those projects as well.”
As for what we can expect to see on Broadway, Chilli said they’ll share stories of their lives that fans have never seen or heard before.
“Well, we have so many stories to tell. We didn’t tell it all in our biopic that we did with VH1. But… a lot of stuff… a lot of good stuff. Very emotional, but a good ride, you know what I mean? I’m very, very, very excited about that. I almost can’t believe it.”
Fans might remember TLC’s 2013 biopic on VH1, CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.
TLC will also be going on a five-week tour with Nelly and Flo Rida this summer. They will be kicking off the tour in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and wrapping in Irving, California, making stops in Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Austin and Toronto.

Live Nation, the entertainment company producing the tour, said it will certainly live up to the hype.
“Fans can expect an incredible, non-stop party with each artist delivering hit after hit all night long.”
TLC’s popular album, Fanmail, was released 20 years ago and featured hit songs like No Scrubs, Unpretty, and Dear Lie. The group has been going strong since the passing of its member Lisa “Lefteye” Lopez.
Chilli recently remembered Lopez on Instagram.
T-Boz also posted a throwback photo of the group.
