Remy Ma Under Investigation After Brittney Taylor Says She Punched Her In The Eye

Remy Ma (real name Reminisce Smith) is being investigated by police, according to reports. As previously reported, this week, her Love & Hip Hop co-star Brittney Taylor took to social media with a bruised eye, alluding to Remy Ma’s involvement.

Brittney reportedly filed a police report at the 13th Precinct station. She alleges that Remy punched her in her right eye during an event at Irving Plaza about 9:30 p.m. She later went to Mount Sinai Hospital to be treated. According to reports, Brittney didn’t file the police report the same night of the incident, but the following night because she was too embarrassed.

It’s no secret Remy Ma and Taylor had their issues in the past. Remy Ma had to confront Taylor about the drama she was starting on season 8 of the show that aired in 2018.

According to Taylor’s video, things have escalated even further between the two more than a year later.

Remy has not been arrested or charged with a crime. She previously served six years in jail for shooting a friend in 2007. Remy has yet to comment publicly.
