Tamar Braxton Asks Courts to Change Marital Status Immediately

The “Tamar & Vince” days are long past, and Tamar Braxton is ready for it to be that way – permanently and legally.

The youngest Braxton sister has moved on with Nigerian boyfriend David Adefeso, but is still legally married to Vincent Herbert!

According to court documents, Vince has dragged out their divorce since she filed on October of 2017 – and she’s asking the courts to change her marital status immediately. The documents hold this statement from Tamar:

“…there is nothing the Court can do to salvage or repair the marriage.”

Vincent Herbert and Tamar Braxton tied the knot in November of 2008, and divorced just shy of their ninth wedding anniversary. They share a five-year-old son named Logan.
