Lil Wayne & Blink-182 Announce Joint Summer Tour [VIDEO]

Summer may still be a few months away, but summer tour season is officially in full effect! The latest artists to announce that they’re hitting the road this summer is somewhat of an unlikely union, but fans are sure to love it just the same. It was recently announced that both rapper Lil Wayne and rock band Blink-182 are embarking on a joint summer tour.

Lil Wayne and Blink-182 have officially given their fans time to gather up their coins and purchase tickets for their just-announced summer tour. The joint headlining tour will reportedly be produced by Live Nation and will include both indoor and outdoor venues—it’s set to kick off on June 27th in Columbus, Ohio with a total of 38 city stops before ending its run in September.

The tour will hit major cities, including Tampa, Houston, Los Angeles, Denver, Detroit, Chicago, Toronto and Seattle before ending with a show at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tickets go on sale on Friday, May 10th at 12PM at LiveNation.com. A limited number of $20 all-inclusive tickets are currently available now through Tuesday, May 7th at 10PM.

To get fans hype for the upcoming tour and to give a refresher of their collective hits, Lil Wayne and Blink-182 created an announcement video featuring a mash-up of their songs. The tracks featured are Wayne’s massive hit “A Milli” and Blink-182’s “What’s My Age Again.”
