Kodak Black Lied On A Gun Application, Leading To Recent Arrest
Kodak Black can’t even roll in peace! According to reports, the rapper was apprehended by Miami Police as soon as he arrived at this weekend’s Rolling Loud Music Festival – causing him to completely miss his scheduled performance.
Reportedly, Kodak (real name, Bill Kapri) had been the subject of an extensive investigation leading to his arrest. He was busted for knowingly falsifying two separate gun applications in January and March of this year. The alleged lie told in the attempts to purchase firearms was that he was not under any indictments that could land him a sentence of over a year in prison.

That information is false, as Kodak was indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl after a performance in 2016. His attorney, Bradford Cohen, said this about his most recent arrest:
“We need to see the evidence in order to fully evaluate the claims made against him.”
In the meantime, Bradford is said to be furious that police allegedly sold a photo of Kodak Black before being booked to local news stations.
