The original beehive is swarming for new music from veteran rapper, Lil Kim. After a brief fall out with her record label, eOne, her fifth studio album, “9,” seems to be well on its way for release. The Junior Mafia front-woman unveiled the scantily clad cover photo at a the recent first annual birthday party for the late Notorious B.I.G.

Thankfully, trouble in paradise with Kim’s record label has seemingly been mended. The initial release date for “9” was May 17th, and as the date rolled by, fans questioned what happened with the album. Kim blamed eOne and Spotify for the delay.

She returned to social media shortly thereafter, assuring her adoring fans that the issue had been resolved with a new release date.
