Jason Mitchell Makes 1st Public Appearance Since Firing From ‘The Chi’ & Netflix Movie
Jason Mitchell was spotted out in public for the first time since his latest controversy.
The 32-year-old actor was spotted in New Orleans, posing with what appears to be fans.
The photos look like they were taken on the same day, as he’s wearing the same shorts in both images.
Jason made headlines earlier this month, when it was reported that he was axed from two projects. Jason, who played Brandon on the hit Showtime series, was let go from the show amid accusations of inappropriate behavior. He was also fired from an upcoming Netflix comedy Desperados and was dropped from his management company.

It was also reported that he sexually harassed his co-star, Tiffany Boone, who played his onscreen girlfriend, Jerrika.

Boone has remained silent about the accusations, but she reportedly requested to be released from the show, and didn’t feel comfortable filming scenes with him without her fiance, Dear White People actor Marque Richardson, present.
