Quality Control’s Pierre Thomas Shares Call W/ Jailed City Girl’s Member JT
Fans of Miami rap group City Girls are always waiting for updates on currently incarcerated member JT (real name Jatavia Johnson) and luckily for them Quality Control CEO Pierre Thomas just posted a phone call with JT from behind bars.
Pierre “Pee” Thomas recently took to social media to give City Girls fans a firsthand update on how City Girls member JT is doing these days, as she currently remains in jail. She is serving a two-year prison sentence for felony identity theft surrounding alleged credit card fraud. JT initially turned herself in to authorities back in July 2018. Earlier reports stated that JT would be released from prison in March 2020, however more recent reports say that release date has been changed.

Thomas posted a live phone call with JT to his Instagram Stories, where at one point he tells her,
“I’m ready for you to come home, so we can get this money.”
JT enthusiastically responds,
“I’m ready to come home, too.”
Thomas then informs JT that she is live on his Insta Stories and asks her if she wants to say anything, she replies:
“Hey ya’ll, I know ya’ll miss me, but I’ll be home soon.”
She also tells Thomas that although he may want her to come home right now, she has to continue to serve her sentence because she “did a crime” and that
“the Feds want their time.”

In the meantime, the City Girls still have their song “Twerk” featuring superstar Cardi B that’s currently still in heavy rotation despite being released at the beginning of this year.
