Gregg Leakes Prepares for Final Cancer Surgery, NeNe Leakes Slams Divorce Rumors

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” super-husband, Gregg Leakes, has been bravely transparent with fans regarding his battle with colon cancer. After emotional moments on-air, devastating arguments with NeNe that sparked thoughts of divorce, and countless hospitals stays – Gregg shared that doctors declared him cancer-free in mid-May. He said:

“@greggleakes Won’t He do it …… Thank you Jesus & Praise God …… Thank you ALL for your Prayers for me and please continue to Pray during my journey.. I thank my wife @neneleakes for being there for me.. Sometimes it wasn’t easy..”

However, there’s one final step Gregg must make to ensure his health. He’s having one final surgery. He smiled from his hospital bed with an Instagram photo, reading:

“@greggleakes Going into Final Surgery. Happy Day having my port removed… Thank you Jesus for watching over me. Thank you World for your Prayers and Well Wishes… Leggo…”

Meanwhile, RHOA fans haven’t forgotten NeNe Leakes‘ divorce discussions during a rough patch in their marriage depicted on season 11 of the show. This past weekend, NeNe posted a photo with an ominous goodbye message. Her caption read:

A follower confronted NeNe on Twitter about the photo.

“@burgundylue @NeNeLeakes I think the saddest “Take away” from this IG – your behavior encourages people to think you are saying good bye to your husband. #RHOA”

She responded, insinuating Gregg wasn’t the topic of her subliminal post:

“Now Why would they think that”
