Teairra Mari Arrested For Driving Drunk In Car With Only 3 Wheels, Allegedly Bragged To Cops About Being A Celebrity

Not so good news for Teairra Mari. Over the weekend, the Love & Hip Hop star was arrested in New York for allegedly driving drunk, with no licenses, in a car with only three wheels.

She is said to have been driving her car (a 2014 Dodge Charger), early Saturday morning, when the wheel dislodged. Allegedly, she drove with only three wheels for a mile through Queens-Midtown Tunnel.

The car was sparking and smoking (according to witnesses), while Bridge and Tunnel Authority police gave chase, she allegedly continued through the tunnel.

She was stopped in Long Island City. After doing a breathalyzer test, she allegedly had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.304 — more than three times the legal limit.

Reportedly, she did not have a driver’s license. Unfortunately, this incident violates a previous DWI arrest because the Charger was not fixed with a court-ordered ignition interlock, which prevents the car from starting if the driver’s BAC is higher than a certain level.

She was charged with DWI, violation of court-ordered ignition interlock, illegal tinted windows, illegal operation of a vehicle and unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle.

Allegedly, when she was booked, she bragged to the cops that she was a celebrity.

Recent arrest aside the 31-year-old singer and reality star has made headlines for being sued by 50 Cent after she claimed he shared a sex tape of her and her then boyfriend Akbaknbr Abdul-Ahad. Last year, she sued 50 and her ex claiming both had shared the sex tape. A judge reportedly dismissed her claims and ordered Mari to pay the rapper more than $30,000. The pair (Mari and 50) have shared several social media posts about the lawsuit and paying 50.
