Nene Leakes Shows Off Her Real Housewives of Atlanta Contract: Season 12 Signed!

One of America’s favorite reality show queens is making it clear that she’s here to stay! On Friday (June 28), the 51-year-old television personality posted on Instagram a photo of a contract with her signature on it, seemingly shutting down rumors that she was not returning to Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta for the 12th season. She posted and deleted a photo of her contract writing:

“Season 12 SIGNED! Nay Nay will see you in NYC Sunday! Let’s go #RHOA #HBIC #OG #SheGotIt bad secured ??”

As previously reported, there had been speculation regarding if Nene was getting suspended from the popular reality show series after some of her fellow castmates accused her of physically assaulting crew members at their reunion special.

There was also another rumor that Nene was allegedly filming her own spin-off series to which her rep shut down saying,

“I can say with authority that there is absolutely no truth to this. The only reason why she’s not currently shooting is because she is still in active negotiations with her contract.”

The season finale of RHOA aired on May 12th with 1.14 million people tuning in which revolved around Porsha Williams having her first child.

Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss

Nene, along with Kandi Burruss and Cynthia Bailey remains the top three longest-running cast members on the Bravo show.

Nene was apart of the original cast until season 8 where she was a guest star. And although she was absent in season 9, she eventually came back full-time for season 10.
