Kanye Building Housing Community In Calabasas
Kanye West is out to change Calabasas as we know it. While the L.A. suburb is known for its celebrity mansions and subdivisions, West is already making moves to switch things up to say the very least.
West is building circular, dome-like buildings that are models for possible new homes. He reportedly hopes to close the wealth-class gap between the rich and the poor, and this is a start. He’s built three domes on 300 acres he purchased a few years ago.
The domes, which are roughly 50-feet high, have been in the works for quite some time but were covered by paper until recently. Meanwhile, construction workers have been on-site for the past few weeks.
Insiders have revealed the project is still in the “early state.” But West has elaborate plans and has taken up studying homes
“from every period of man’s existence on earth.”
West has certainly been innovative his entire career. The music from his Sunday Service has recently included covering secular songs and making them Christian, like No Doubt’s “Don’t Speak” to “Lord Speak.”
My heart is so full hearing this incredible version of Don’t Speak/ Lord Speaks- I’m in shock hearing this song turned into a worship song at Kanye’s Sunday Service – I literally started crying ? thank u @KimKardashian Please send me whole version Kanye #dontwasteyourpain ????? pic.twitter.com/wEwvKfJajv
