Stevie J Granted Arrest Warrant Against Joseline Hernandez Amid Custody Battle

Stevie J got the officials involved in his latest round of custody drama with his ex, Joseline Hernandez, over their daughter Bonnie Bella. Reportedly, Stevie has an arrest warrant against Hernandez after she refused to return the child to him, breaking their custody agreement.

Stevie was supposed to have their child from July 28 to August 11. He went to Miami where Hernandez was shooting for WeTV’s “Marriage Boot Camp.” According to reports, he was supposed to pick up the child there but Hernandez had allegedly gone to L.A. instead, with Bonnie. 

Stevie’s attorney alerted a court, and the judge overseeing the custody battle put out an arrest warrant for Hernandez.

Now, because of her faux pas, a judge also gave Stevie custody of the child until August 15.

Updates say that Hernandez has gone back to Miami. While Stevie is now in L.A., one of his kids who live in the area will pick up the child.

Stevie hasn’t spoken out on the arrest warrant, but he did express his excitement earlier this week over Bella reuniting with his daughter Eva from a previous relationship. He wrote,

Had to drive an hour she’s my lil trooper 1st photo in over a year for these girls and I’m grateful to God they had a chance to share this precious moment. #DaJordans #EvaAndBonnie“

His and Hernandez’s silence on social media is possibly after a judge ordered them to not slam one another publicly as they reached a custody agreement in May. If they slip up, they have to take it down within 24 hours.

Also in the agreement, Stevie pays Joseline $1,000 a month. She was also given primary physical custody of Bella, but she and Stevie share joint legal custody. Stevie will get to have the final word on her religion and extra-curricular activities and Joseline will determine health care and education.
