BET’s “Games People Play” In Jeopardy Of Being Canceled?
Fans are anxiously awaiting the fate of BET’s sexy basketball drama, “Games People Play.” The show – starring Lauren London, Sarunas J. Jackson, Parker McKenna Posey, and Jackie Long – is based on Angela Burt-Murray‘s novel “Games Divas Play.” News has not yet broken about whether or not the Tracey Edmonds-produced series has been renewed or cancelled.

Over the summer, Tracey took to Instagram, sharing that she, too, had not heard BET’s decision. She urged fans to make their voice heard to help influence a second season:
“@traceyeedmonds Happy Thursday Fam! Thank you so much for all the love and support you have given Games People Play! So many of you have asked me if the show is coming back for a second season. The cast and I are STILL anxiously awaiting BET’s decision, but as of now, we have not received any official word. We’d appreciate it if would continue to let @bet know if you want more of the show and want a second season!! We appreciate you SO MUCH! Love and light!
