Kenya Moore’s former beau Matt Jordan is facing some serious legal woes. According to reports, a warrant for his arrest after he failed to show up for a court hearing surrounding a criminal trespassing case against him earlier this month.
A Maricopa Municipal Court clerk in Arizona confirmed the arrest warrant and said,
“He missed his September 10 court hearing for criminal trespassing.”
While he currently has a bond set of $750, he’s not in Pinal County Jail or Maricopa County Jail. An arrest warrant was issued for him on June 7, 2019. That bond is set for $250 after he was MIA for his court date.

“with a closed first, one time in the facial area.”
That alleged incident took place in Denny’s restaurant. Documents filed in Pinal County Justice Court claimed,
“Injuries observed were to the bridge of her nose, bruising, redness and swelling.”
A bystander also confirmed the accusations against him and said the former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star took cigarettes out of his girlfriend’s lap and “snatched” the one that she was actually smoking out of her mouth. The witness also saw blood on her dress.
Jordan was later released on July 30, 2019 to Horizon Health Wellness, a facility that offers help with domestic violence, substance abuse and more.
No word on if he’s still at the treatment center.
This isn’t the first time Jordan has been accused of getting physical.
He and Moore called it quits in 2016 after she said he displayed aggressive behavior.
